The Rhode Island Philharmonic Music School has found new ways to continue providing music education to children, teenagers and adults. With the use of online tools, virtual voice lessons are easy to access. Many of these popular virtual learning software programs, particularly video calling programs, are already installed on your computer or phone. You can continue your learning from the safety of your own home, practicing and warming up until seconds before the lesson! Additionally, since your instructor can see the environment in which you are playing, they can make recommendations to improve your practice area. Private voice lessons provide children with an opportunity to be more hands-on with their learning. They learn determination and independence, and they get the added benefit of working with their teacher to direct their own studies.
