Job Description
TheThe evening Branch Coordinator provides excellent customer service in support of our goals for our community music school. The primary responsibility of the evening Branch Coordinator is to oversee general operations of the branch reception area. The reception area is the first point of contact for students, faculty, parents, and community members entering and contacting the music school facility. The evening Branch Coordinator welcomes our guests, provides quality customer service, and facilitates the business needs of the RI Philharmonic Music School. This is a part-time, non-exempt position.
The ideal evening Branch Coordinator is highly dependable, diplomatic, and a strong communicator with excellent customer service and organization skills. The evening Branch Coordinator is fluent in all programs, familiar with all faculty members and their specializations, and builds connections with all students, families, and members of the Music School community. The evening Branch Coordinator is an integral member of a dynamic and supportive education team and faculty that is dedicated to creating great musical experiences and providing excellent educational programming. We pride ourselves on doing everything possible to ensure student musicians can take advantage of all our school has to offer.
Work Schedule
Mondays through Thursdays – 4:00 PM – 9:00PM
Fridays – 4:00 - 7:00PM
