We are one of the largest community music schools in the nation, offering unique and effective lessons, group classes, workshops and ensemble performance opportunities.
The Music School faculty is comprised of more than 70 of the region’s most accomplished music educators and performers.
Providing financial aid to families helps us make music education available to all.
This class will prepare students for musical theater auditions - either for college pre-screening videos or for a production. Students will come away with at least 4 contrasting songs, including up-tempo and ballad in both classic and contemporary styles, a Disney song, and a pop rock song; at least one classic monologue; basic dance moves; and proper audition etiquette. The class will culminate in a performance showcasing solos and ensembles.
